Lean Six Sigma International is an international Lean Six Sigma organisation developing standards, training and certification, built on the experience and expertise of Lean Six Sigma Belgium and Lean Six Sigma France.
Building on more than two decades of Lean Six Sigma experience, we train and certify professionals locally and internationally through classroom, corporate and live instructor-led remote programmes.
In France, training activities within the applicable certification scope are delivered by Lean Six Sigma France, a Qualiopi-certified training provider.

Consistent quality also depends on the people delivering the training.
We select experienced professionals with strong practical backgrounds, then train and certify them according to our requirements before accrediting them as LSSx.0 Trainers.
Only accredited LSSx.0 Trainers are authorised to deliver our programmes, helping ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across countries and learning formats.

Where the journey began
The story behind Lean Six Sigma International traces back to 2003, when co-founder Youri Buffe began his Lean Six Sigma journey as a Belt, gaining hands-on experience applying the methodology to real operational and business challenges.
2012
Lean Six Sigma Belgium
Lean Six Sigma Belgium was established in 2012, marking the beginning of dedicated Lean Six Sigma training activities in Belgium and building a strong foundation of practical experience, training expertise and Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
2019
Lean Six Sigma France
Our activities expanded into France through Lean Six Sigma France, establishing a dedicated French training organisation and strengthening our presence across both markets.
