The Business Process Management certification is awarded upon successful completion of the official examination.

Examination Format
Online, closed-book exam with remote video monitoring.
Business Process Management examination: 35 multiple-choice questions – 70 minutes.
Available in French or English.
Scheduling & Pass Criteria
The exam must be completed within six months following the training.
Minimum score required: 60%.
One retake is permitted in case of failure.
After a second unsuccessful attempt, a new exam must be purchased.
