In-company Lean Six Sigma training
Lean Six Sigma training for your team — on your site or live online
The same certifying programmes as our public sessions, run for your people only: your dates, your premises or a live virtual classroom, and exercises built on your own processes. One quote covers the whole group; from a few participants it usually costs less than public sessions.
91% satisfaction over 3 906 learner reviews · LSSx.0 certification · max 12 participants per group
How it works
How many people, their roles, the level you are after and the improvement topics on your agenda. A 20-minute call is enough.
One price for the group, on your site or online, with dates that fit your production calendar. Funding paperwork handled with you.
The trainer adapts the cases and the serious games to your activity. Participants leave certified, with a first improvement project already framed.
Programmes available in-company
Every programme below is also run as a public session; the public price per person is shown for comparison. In-company groups are quoted as a whole.

Questions companies ask us
- How far ahead do we need to book?
- Three to four weeks is usual: enough to adapt the cases to your processes and ship the kits. Shorter is possible for online groups.
- Can we mix levels in one group?
- Yes. A common Yellow Belt base for everyone, then the Green Belt days for those who will lead projects, is the most frequent format.
- Is the certification the same as in public sessions?
- Identical: same exam, same LSSx.0 certificate, same recognition. Only the setting changes.
- On site or online — which works better?
- On site when the group shares a plant or office and can walk the process together; live online when people are spread across sites. Both are run by the same trainers with the same material.
