Training Program
The training is built around an interactive simulation designed to illustrate Lean improvement in practice.
Participants take part in a role-play exercise simulating a cross-functional business process, allowing them to experience how Lean methods help teams analyze processes and implement improvements.
The session typically includes — Half a day
Introduction to Lean principles and continuous improvement
Simulation of a cross-functional business process (order reception, processing/production, invoicing, and delivery)
Identification of inefficiencies and sources of waste within the process
Implementation of improvements through successive improvement cycles
Debrief and discussion on Lean principles and lessons learned
